How quickly do you process orders?
All orders are processed within a 24 hour period from the time of receipt (normal business days). And virtually all orders received before 1:00 PM are processed and shipped the same business day.

Does your company have online capabilities?
Yes - we recently launched a new web based tool called Customer Online that gives our customers the ability to view their order history and inventory online and in real-time, including the ability to track most shipments with a single click! Customer Online also enables our clients to release shipments automatically using a simple online request form which automatically schedules the shipment order and sends an email confirmation when the order is shipped. And of course, you can also fax or e-mail your orders to us as well.

No - we provide these costs free of charge to our clients.

Yes- We offer the option to use either your account or ours.

The products that I sell require to be put together prior to shipping. Is this a problem?
Not at all- We offer a full range of "Assembly / Kitting" services for either one time projects or on-going needs. Whether a task as simple as applying a label or complete product assembly, our teams will get the job done efficiently and accurately.
